Happy New Year everyone! Did you all have fun? It's great to start off the year with something interesting! I would like to recap with my holidays since I've been hiatus for a while. I haven't been posting like I said I would. But I got the pictures ready and will be making that happening this year!
I thought it would be a nice post to put up some pictures that I have taken recently when I went shopping at my local grocery store. I thought this was very cute and pretty at the same time!
They even had a cake in the shape of a hat celebrating 2011!
So for Christmas, I decided to give little boxes of chocolate for my coworkers! They were all nicely wrapped and just a small little item that I thought would be nice to give. I was really tempted to grab everything in the hot-aisle section at WalMart during the Christmas holidays.
So I finally got all my jewelery supplies in! I've waited forever since one package got lost in the mail and I had to ask the seller to re-send it. It took me a month and half to wait for all the supplies. I'm glad they came so I can get started on some cool creations.
Here is a sneak preview of what I will be making and I'm trying to get my store set up so my readers and anyone out there can begin making their first purchases from me. Most of them will be handmade so be aware that they are not hand-crafted with perfection. I do put a lot of time and effort into them, and I'm just waiting to get everything set up.
The color variations will range from gold or silver. And I would be using Swarovski heart jewels in my creations.
Here's a necklace that I have been working on. It is a simple 14mm Swarovski AB heart in Heliotrope color complemented with a silver pleated leaf attached to a silver pleated bail and chain. It's simple and elegant. There would be templates and color choices to choose from for your crystal heart.
There is a lot of silver and whites to accommodate the winter season.
Here's is a 10mm Clear AB Swarovski heart attached to a gold crown, along with gold dusted pearl and golden white swarovski pearl. I'm still modifying it, but here is just a sneak preview, not the final items.
So I am going to leave you with a FOTD with my crave for the color purple lately. Purple eyeshadow seems to give a sexy and sultry look and it's suited for an everyday look. Also, I've been receiving a lot of complements on my skin complexion and how smooth, white, and flawless it looks. I never thought it is, but maybe its because of my daily cleansing regimen and Loreal Collagen Filler wrinkle cream that I have been using for a while.
I would also like to mention that I got a haircut and dyed my hair to a lighter brown shade. So more to come as I write a review on the Loreal Hair color dye I used.
As you can see, I am wearing my creations that I recently completed. It's a simple anchor themed earring and necklace set using swarovski heart and pearls.
Thanks for stopping by, and I would definitely keep you posted on my creations.
